The 30-Day Engagement Includes: Structured Assessment: End-to-end process mapping to expose bottlenecks, redundancies, and underutilized resources, along with their root causes. Comprehensive Report-Out: A clear, data-driven review of findings with visualizations and actionable insights. Top 2–3 Priority Targets: Identification of the most impactful improvement opportunities to pursue, supported by metrics and forecasted ROI. Add-On Options (Optional 30–60 Additional Days) If you’d like ongoing support beyond the initial assessment, we offer three tiers of implementation oversight: Lite (30 days): Advisory support to guide your team through execution, with periodic check-ins and KPI reviews. Standard (60 days): Hands-on support with structured progress reviews, dashboard setup, and weekly alignment sessions. Premium (60 days): Full partnership model, we embed with your team to manage implementation, develop a full WBS, monitor progress daily, and ensure improvements are locked in. Cancellation Policy
Service Scope SC Consulting’s Process Analysis & Optimization service is structured as a 30-day engagement. This includes: An initial discovery and structured process assessment. End-to-end workflow mapping, bottleneck/root cause analysis, and efficiency evaluation. A comprehensive report-out presentation, including data-driven insights and prioritized improvement opportunities (top 2–3 targets). Scheduling & Availability Engagements are scheduled in advance, with start and end dates defined in a signed agreement. Add-on tiers must be booked prior to the conclusion of the initial 30-day assessment. Rescheduling & Adjustments Clients may request to shift the start date of an engagement with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to consultant availability. Once an engagement begins, all work must be completed within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise amended by both parties in writing. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the structured nature of the 30-day assessment, cancellations are not permitted once the engagement has been booked. If SC Consulting is unable to deliver services as outlined, a full refund will be issued. If the client is dissatisfied with the quality of deliverables (assessment, report, or recommendations), SC Consulting will either provide a full refund of the engagement fee, or apply the fee as credit toward a future engagement, at the client’s discretion. Confidentiality & Data Handling All client information, data, and process documentation provided during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential. SC Consulting is willing to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) upon request. Data provided will be used solely for the purpose of assessment, analysis, and improvement recommendations. Value-Based Pricing Pricing for this service is value-based, reflecting the potential cost savings, efficiency gains, and defect reductions identified through analysis. Typical engagements yield 5–10x ROI relative to the service fee; however, SC Consulting does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Client Responsibilities Provide timely access to process owners, stakeholders, and relevant data required for assessment. Ensure appropriate participation in interviews, workshops, and report-out sessions. Commit to acting on identified opportunities for improvement, especially if pursuing add-on oversight tiers.
