Jake Anderson leads SC Consulting as our Principal Consultant. As a Certified Lean Practitioner, Jake has designed and led process improvements across both manufacturing systems and service operations.

At Boeing’s Everett Campus, he owned responsibility for ~20% of the world’s largest building by volume, managing $10–15M annually in capital projects while driving efficiency through process standardization. He also directed Boeing’s PACE (Projects Assets Construction Engineering) Internship Program in 2025, successfully scaling its size by over 400% while mentoring the next generation of project professionals.

Jake is a Crane Fund and Boeing Manufacturing Management Scholar with a B.S. in Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management and a minor in Business Analytics from Western Washington University. His career includes leadership roles in construction, logistics, manufacturing and continuous improvement implementations.

  • Lean 8 Wastes Workshop

    Day 1: Foundations of Lean and the DOWNTIME framework, deep dives into the first set of wastes, and group activities that surface real inefficiencies within participant organizations. Day 2: Exploration of the remaining wastes, introduction to countermeasures and improvement tools, and guided development of a waste-reduction action plan tailored to each participant’s industry and role.
